This policy applies to ebooks and other digital products sold on this website. Please read it before you buy.
Digital delivery
Ebooks are delivered electronically as a PDF to the email address you enter at checkout, and a secure download link is shown after payment. Because a digital product is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, payments are generally not refundable once the ebook has been delivered.
When we will help
- You were charged but did not receive the ebook, and we cannot re-send it.
- You were charged more than once for the same ebook.
- The file is damaged or will not open and we cannot give you a working copy.
Failed or pending payments
If money was deducted but your order was not confirmed, your bank or the payment gateway normally reverses it within 5 to 7 working days. If it does not, contact us with your Order ID and payment details.
How to ask for help
Write to us within 7 days of purchase with your Order ID and the email address you used. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time taken depends on your bank.
